MS Outlook Error: OUTLRPC.dll is missing

This error will pop up when you open or read an email on MS Outlook

Solution:

1. Goto Control Panel
2. Programs and Features / Uninstall Programs
3. Select Microsoft Office
4. Click Change

5. Tick "Repair"
6. Click Continue

7. When finish, restart the computer
