Excel Unprotect Share Workbook

Earlier I wrote about "How to Unshared Excel Workbook" but
in some cases I found out the the "Allow changes by more than one user..." checkbox is DISABLED.

This occurs if the workbook was being protected., to remove the Shared Protection  follow the below step by step procedure

1. Open Excel file

2. Click "Unprotect and Share Workbook"
    - On Excel 2003 or earlier
       * Tools -> Protection -> Unprotect and Share Workbook
  
     - On Excel 2007 or higher
       * Review Tab -> Unprotect and Share Workbook

3. If the password was set, it will require you to enter on the popup window
