(MYPHONE Ocean Mini) Stuck on Start Logo problem

Option 1:
Hard Reset

1. Press Volume UP + Volume Down + Power Button
2. Select Recovery Mode
3. Select Recovery Mode Again
4. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
5. Reboot the Phone

If you encountered an error from the above procedure, try option #2 below.

Option 2:
Firmware Update

1. Download needed files below on your computer and extract into a folder.
•     Mediatek MT65xx Preloader Driver
•     SP-Flash Tool v5.1352.01
•     MyPhone Agua Ocean Mini firmware or this one version 1.08
2. Connect you phone to your computer. (
3. Open Device Manager.
4. Right-click "MT65XX..." and click "Update Driver Software".
5. Select "Browse my computer for driver software".
6. Click Next, then Finish.
7. Open Mediatek folder the one that you extracted earlier.
8. Open flash_tool.exe from SP Flash Tool folder
9. Browse Download Agent File (i.e, MTK_AllInOnce_DA.bin) from SP Flash Folder
10. Browse Scatter-Loading file (i.e, MT6572_Android_scatter_mtd_DH.txt) from Firware folder
11. Select "Download Only".
12. Click Download button for press F9.
13. Remove the battery of your phone while connected to the computer.
14. Re-insert the battery.
15. Press volume UP or volume Down while Pressing power button.
16. Wait the progressbar reach 100%.
17. Click OK when Finish and disconnect your phone from the computer.
18. Perform Hard Reset again.
